- I am a very happy wife of 32 years. A mother to three awesome sons and one beautiful daughter. I have homeschooled for 24+ years. I have a deep love for all things old. People, art, material things, lost crafts. I am a crazy lover of The Lord, always seeking to draw closer to Him. My blog title came from my husband who started calling me Sunshine the day we met. Over the years the name was shortened to Shine and sometimes I wonder if he really even knows my given name!!! I am not an eloquent writer, not gifted that way as so many bloggers are....I just have a heart to share things with my friends and family that are far away yet so very dear to my heart<3.

Anna's Treasure
Today Anna had to go to her quarterly diabetes clinic. While waiting, she made this pretty bracelet for me. It is a treasure I will keep for always.

One year I did a bunch of felted purses as gifts for Christmas. The next year I did felted clog slippers. I love felting. But taking a break from it now for a while.

Hi Shine! I was just out and about tonight and thought I would stop by and say hello. I hope you have had a nice September so far. We have had a lot of company this month and I have just gotten back to finishing up a few of my knitting projects.
