- I am a very happy wife of 32 years. A mother to three awesome sons and one beautiful daughter. I have homeschooled for 24+ years. I have a deep love for all things old. People, art, material things, lost crafts. I am a crazy lover of The Lord, always seeking to draw closer to Him. My blog title came from my husband who started calling me Sunshine the day we met. Over the years the name was shortened to Shine and sometimes I wonder if he really even knows my given name!!! I am not an eloquent writer, not gifted that way as so many bloggers are....I just have a heart to share things with my friends and family that are far away yet so very dear to my heart<3.

Anna's Treasure
Today Anna had to go to her quarterly diabetes clinic. While waiting, she made this pretty bracelet for me. It is a treasure I will keep for always.

Hi Shine! The picture is so beautiful, and the flowers are exquisite. And with regards to the post about your sheep collection all I can say is: can we ever have too many sheep?! I am right there with you. I am also a collector of all things sheep. There is something so peaceful and gentle about sheep. I love gentle things, especially in my home. Sheep are round fluffy and make wool, my most favorite tool of artistic expression. Hooray for sheep! Have a lovely day ahead Shine and thanks again for sharing your beautiful photos.
